A family-owned property management company in Edmonton is seeking a Turnover Foreman to oversee on-site turnover tasks, ensuring properties meet operational standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of project coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various construction stages. This full-time role offers a hands-on approach to ensuring successful project deliveries across Canada.
As the Turnover Foreman based out of Edmonton, you will be responsible for the coordination of all on-site turnover tasks including commissioning, move-ins, and inter-company communications. You will work closely with Regional Facilities and Operations teams, Home Office and Seymour Pacific Developments to resolve risks and issues through effective communication and problem solving.
