Job summary

Salmon Arm Truss in Salmon Arm, BC is hiring for a Truss Assembler / Construction Labourer to join our in-house team. You will assemble trusses using hand and power tools, adhere to safety standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet project deadlines.

Requirements include work boots, hand tools, reliable transportation, and basic construction knowledge. We offer 21.00–28.00 CAD per hour, 35–50 hours per week, discretionary bonus every 2 weeks, vacation pay, tool allowance after 6 months,

Experienced Truss Builders could get paid more

Start at 6% Vacation pay

15% Discretionary bonus every 2 week

$250 tool allowance after 6 months

50% RRSP match up to $1000

Job Type: permanent but can be layoff in winter

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
