Job summary

Sub Truck and Auto Service is seeking an on-site automotive technician with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. You will diagnose and repair components of commercial transport truck systems, inspect and test mechanical units, and communicate findings to the supervisor and customers.

The role requires strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork in a dusty, outdoor workshop environment. Applicants should have a secondary school graduation certificate and be prepared for hands-on work

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience preferred.
• On-site work with no remote option.
• Experience with truck and auto systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.
• Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
• Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
• Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
• Provide customer service.
• Review work orders and coordinate with supervisor.
