Job summary

Qualifications
- Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses related to heavy vehicle repair.
- Trade certificate or diploma in automotive/heavy vehicle mechanics is preferred.
- WHMIS and first aid certifications are expected.
Responsibilities
- Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial truck systems.
- Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
- Perform scheduled maintenance service.
- Repair or replace mechanical units or components.
- Test and adjust units to specifications.
- Coach and instruct apprentices.
