Job summary

MasterTech is seeking a Shop Foreman at our Scarborough, ON location for licensed 310T technicians. You will lead a team of mechanics, oversee shop efficiency, and coordinate maintenance across straight trucks, box trucks, refrigerated units and tow/car carriers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of heavy‑duty diesel repair experience, leadership experience, and the ability to train apprentice level employees. Own tools and a valid Driver's Licence are required.

Qualifications

Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician.
Minimum 5+ years heavy-duty diesel repair experience.
Experience leading a team or foreman role.
Ability to train apprentice level employees.
Own tools and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of mechanics and improve shop efficiency.
Coordinate maintenance for straight trucks, box trucks, refrigerated units and tow/car carriers.
Train and mentor apprentice technicians.
