Job summary

Wellington Motor Freight is hiring for a full-time, on-site position in Puslinch, ON. The job involves operating tractor-trailer equipment, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining vehicle safety standards while communicating with dispatch across local and regional routes.

Tasks

• Address customers' complaints or concerns

• Perform emergency roadside repairs
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle

• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
