Job summary

Revelstoke City Transfer is seeking a dedicated truck driver to join a two-person convoy, performing loading, unloading, and safe transport of goods. The role requires a Class 1/1F/A licence, and candidates must be permanent residents or hold a valid work permit for Canada.

Work is conducted on site with no remote option. You will perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections, maintain logs for hours of service, distance, and fuel, and ensure cargo is tarped and secure.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more experience in driving roles.
• Valid Class 1/1F/A licence required for semi-trailer operations.
• Permanent residents or valid work-permit holders only, no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
• Load and unload goods.
• Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials.
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections and report issues to dispatch.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.

Tasks
