Job summary

Highlight Motor Freight Inc. is seeking an on-site Supervisor to lead truck drivers and support staff in Vaughan, Ontario. The role requires organizing daily operations and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include supervising workers and projects, arranging training, dispatching drivers and monitoring routes, coordinating activities, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, a Class 1 license, and strong proficiency in MS Office.

• Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) required.
