Reporting to the Trucking Superintendent, the Truck Driver is responsible for hauling and moving material from site to site, ensuring the safe operation of McNally’s trucks daily while meeting operational goals.

How You’ll Add Value

• Actively promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and monitor performance and mechanical fitness.
• Load, transport, and distribute materials efficiently to support site operations.
• Maintain the condition of the vehicle, keeping the truck clean and operational.
• Verify loading documents for accuracy.
• Demonstrate safe startup, operation, and shutdown procedures for machinery.
• Coordinate with customers or supervisors regarding questions, problems, or service requests.
• Operate additional heavy equipment as needed to support projects.

Qualifications & Experience

What You Bring

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean Commercial Driver’s Abstract (no more than 6 demerits, no major infractions).
• Basic knowledge of TDG regulations, permitting, and load securement standards.
