• The candidate must respond to customer complaints or concerns.
• The candidate will be responsible for coaching colleagues on new methods or work techniques.

Documentation knowledge

• The candidate must be knowledgeable about accident or incident reports, bill of lading, dangerous goods occurrence reports, driver logbooks, inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip), maintenance and repair reports, trans-border documentation and trip reports.
• The candidate will be responsible for operating GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigational equipment.

Transportation/travel experience

• The candidate must have travel experience in the local area.
• The candidate must have both long-haul and short-haul travel experience.

Security and safety

• The candidate should be subjected to a thorough driver’s licence validity check, driving record check (abstract), and drug test.

Transportation/travel information

• The candidate must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• The candidate’s travel expenses will be covered by the employer.
