You will optimize patient experience, assist with treatment and room prep, and promote patient ownership of the dentist-approved plan. Working 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed, the team values patient care, education incentives, and a supportive environment in a modern clinic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is an asset.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Salary: $28.00 Annually

The team located in Newmarket, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Treatment Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.
