We are looking for someone who’s not only great with people but also has strong communication and sales skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in the healthcare field while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients—whether by phone, email, or in person
  • Collect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next steps
  • Present treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarity
  • Review contracts and payment plans with new patients and their families
  • Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries
  • Handle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Conduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments
  • Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures
  • Support the front desk team as needed
  • Other administrative or patient care duties as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you love talking to people and making them feel at ease
  • A natural flair for customer service and building relationships
  • Sales experience is preferred—you’re confident presenting options and helping people make informed decisions
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
  • Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are assets but not required
