Role Overview: Achieves sales and other targets established by business plans. Continuously assesses and improves work processes for sales and service management, risk management, and compliance within prescribed limits to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Optimizes opportunities through deal teams and sales calls, maximizing business success. Influences the strategic direction of the line of business, assisting with the development, prioritization, and implementation of business, technology, sales, and service initiatives, channel optimization, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provides support for sales activities such as presentations, bids/proposals, and requests for information.
  2. Develops an external network to identify new and increased investment/lending opportunities.
  3. Retains and expands existing relationships to meet portfolio retention, sales, service, and profitability objectives.
  4. Participates in industry forums and conferences to stay informed on industry trends, competitive insights, and new products/services.
  5. Coordinates cash management product implementation and financial transaction setup.
  6. Ensures consistent personnel training within the team.
  7. Acts as the daily sales contact for clients regarding product information, pricing, and implementation timelines.
  8. Supports pre-sales activities like pitch preparation and client research.
  9. Tracks implementation requests and ensures accurate billing and timely process progression.
  10. Prepares and maintains client information and documentation to support sales processes.
  11. Provides research and data to facilitate client solutions.
  12. Assists with sales and service administration to ensure a seamless client experience.
  13. Maintains accurate client data on bank systems.
  14. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within established rules.
  15. Works independently on complex tasks, including unique situations.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Technical proficiency through education and/or business experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective collaboration and team skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Influence skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Salary Range: $54,500.00 - $101,500.00

Pay Type: Salaried
