Responsibilities:
  1. Achieves sales and other targets established by business plans.
  2. Continuously assesses and improves work processes for sales and service management, risk management, and compliance within prescribed limits to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  3. Optimizes opportunities through deal teams and sales calls, maximizing business success.
  4. Influences the strategic direction of the line of business, assisting with development, prioritization, and implementation of business, technology, sales, and service strategies, including channel optimization and enhancing customer experience.
  5. Provides support for sales activities such as presentations, bids/proposals, and requests for information.
  6. Develops an external network to identify new and increased investment/lending opportunities.
  7. Retains and expands existing relationships to meet portfolio retention, sales, service, and profitability goals.
  8. Participates in industry forums and conferences to stay informed of industry trends, competitive insights, products, and services.
  9. Provides expertise on market conditions and trends to maintain environmental awareness.
  10. Coordinates cash management product implementation and financial transaction setup.
  11. Ensures consistent personnel training within the team.
  12. Acts as the daily sales contact for clients regarding product information, pricing, and requirements.
  13. Prepares and maintains client files and research to support sales efforts.
  14. Tracks implementation requests and ensures timely processing and accurate billing.
  15. Recommends improvements to sales support materials based on feedback.
  16. Maintains accurate client information in bank systems.
  17. Works primarily within business/group segments but may have enterprise-wide responsibilities.
  18. Uses judgment to diagnose and solve problems within established rules.
  19. Works independently on complex tasks, including unique situations.
  20. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  2. Technical proficiency through education and/or experience.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Effective collaboration and team skills.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Influence skills.
  7. Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Salary:

$54,500.00 - $101,500.00

Pay Type:

Salaried
