Job summary

Fiera Capital announces an opportunity for a Financing and Treasury Analyst in Ontario. The role supports treasury, liquidity, funding, compliance, and capital markets activities, working with lenders, brokers, and internal teams to ensure debt transactions, reporting, and due diligence meet long‑term leverage strategies.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of related experience, a finance-related degree, and strong Excel/financial modelling skills, with the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce, business administration, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Experience with investment banking, lending, legal and brokerage community is preferred.
• Knowledge of CMHC-insured financing and related processes is an asset.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial modelling; experience with treasury systems/ERP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support financing transactions, debt administration, covenant tracking, interest calculations, and lender reporting requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support capital structure decisions and refinancing opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor cash positions, liquidity risk, and funding activity; maintain treasury records and controls.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, legal, FP&A, and operating teams on treasury matters.
