Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to own day-to-day Cash and Risk Management within the Private Equity Treasury group. You will lead liquidity forecasting, debt facility management, and quarterly reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a CPA (CFA/CTP asset is a plus), 3–5 years in treasury or finance, and strong Excel with Quantum or similar systems. You will manage bank relations, fund flows, and drive process improvements while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• CPA designation preferred; CFA or CTP asset.
• 3–5 years of progressive treasury, capital markets, finance or accounting experience.
• Strong financial systems experience and advanced Excel.
• Experience executing complex funds flows and managing banking relationships.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with stakeholder-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity forecasting across platforms with variance analysis for management decisions.
• Manage debt facility portfolio end-to-end, including covenant reporting and draws.
• Oversee interest calculations and billings to portfolio companies; respond to inquiries.
• Direct custody accounts; ensure timely settlement and controls.
• Own quarterly reporting cycle and respond to auditors’ inquiries.
• Coordinate complex fund flows with legal docs and banking requirements.
• Maintain Treasury policies and drive process improvements and controls.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and present recommendations to senior management.
