Job summary

Clarity Recruitment is seeking a Treasury Analyst for a large Canadian infrastructure company based in Toronto. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and reports to the Treasury Manager. The candidate will manage debt and equipment financing, cash flow analysis, and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in treasury or related fields, strong Excel, IFRS 16 knowledge, and experience with SAP. Salary is $80,000–$95,000 plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in treasury, banking, debt/lease admin or financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with banks and credit facilities.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills; investigate variances.
• Advanced Excel with financial models, large data, pivots.
• Knowledge of IFRS 16 and lease accounting.
• Experience with SAP or ERP in large organizations.
• Collaborative team player aiming for future leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own debt administration, reconcile debt and lease records with lender statements and SAP.
• Maintain records of borrowings, repayments, interest, and lease changes.
• Coordinate documentation and funding with lenders and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare debt reporting, schedules, and accruals; support drawdowns.
• Perform forecast-to-actual cash flow variance analysis and reporting.
• Assist treasury system implementation and automation while maintaining controls.
• Build relations with banks, lenders, and business units.
