Hamilton Health Sciences is seeking a Treasury Analyst to ensure the accuracy of financial statements during year-end audits. This role involves bank reconciliations and requires a strong background in accounting principles, as well as the ability to work on tight timelines. Ideal candidates will hold a CPA designation or equivalent education, along with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
Corporate Finance is responsible for Treasury, Portfolio Investments, and Capital Finance. The unit oversees the administration, policy development, accounting, and reporting of cash and debt management, encompassing short and long-term planning and forecasting; portfolio investments, including recommending and implementing strategy and day-to-day investment decisions; and capital finance, including budget planning and monitoring of equipment and capital projects.
The Treasury Analyst supports the preparation of HHSC’s bank reconciliations to confirm the completeness of the financial statements during the year-end audit. The role primarily ensures that the organization’s accounting system accurately reflects all transactions affecting the bank accounts.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
