Each day, you monitor progress, conduct inspections, and collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and adjusters to resolve challenges and keep communication clear. You take ownership of your sites, ensuring quality work, well-documented progress, and a culture of safety and teamwork. Your ability to lead by example and problem-solve in real time helps deliver successful projects and build long-term client trust.
