Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced Electricians to join our network. You will travel between residential and commercial properties to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete installations within your verified scope.

You’ll manage appointments via a mobile work app, document findings with photos, and ensure safe, professional work at each site. Applicants should have at least 5 years’ paid electrical experience, own a vehicle, and hold valid electrical trade status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid professional electrical experience.
• Must hold valid electrical trade status that can be verified.
• Independent work capability with no supervision.
• Legal authority for electrical contracting setup.
• Experience diagnosing residential/commercial electrical jobs.
• Own a reliable vehicle for travel between appointments and carry tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical issues before repairs or replacement.
• Complete service calls, repairs and installations within scope.
• Troubleshoot outlets, switches, lighting, panels and wiring.
• Identify permit/notification requirements when needed.
• Test completed work and report any unsafe conditions.
• Document findings with photos and update job status via app.
