Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Remote Nursing assignment to provide home care in Northern communities. The role focuses on visits to homes and facilities, ongoing assessment, and management of stable conditions, with a structured follow-up schedule.

The successful candidate will hold a nursing degree, be licensed in good standing, and meet experience requirements. Travel and orientation support are provided, with a commitment to safe, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum 3,000 hours in past 5 years as a Home Care Nurse or 1,500 hours in remote/isolated care.

Responsibilities

• Visit homes and long-term care facilities to provide treatment and support for residents as needed.
• Monitor and manage stable conditions through regular in-home visits, offering daily or weekly follow-up care.
• Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and deliver ongoing care for patients who are unable to attend clinic appointments.

Who You Are:

• You are a graduate from an accredited School of Nursingand havea nursing license through the governing body in good standing
• You have or are willing to obtain a nursing license through the regulating body in the provinces or territories you wish to work
• You meet the required work experience
