We are recruiting aTravel Coordinator to join our team. This is a Sherwood Park-based, office position responsible for coordinating travel, camp accommodations, and mobilization requirements for employees and subcontractors assigned to the project. The Travel Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for project personnel, ensuring that travel and camp arrangements are organized efficiently and that new hires complete all required onboarding and project approval steps before mobilization to site. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with project management and field supervision are essential.
