Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a supervisory role in Winnipeg to lead driver operations, oversee dispatch, and ensure safety/compliance. You will coach a team, address service issues, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive customer growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing.
• Proven sales or customer-facing experience- able to confidently represent our services and identify business opportunities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve team performance, resolve client concerns, and manage change.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to prioritize and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with dispatch systems or transportation software (e.g., Truckmate) is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance.
• A commitment to health & safety, service excellence, and business growth.

Responsibilities
