Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a small team and oversee daily pick-ups and deliveries, scheduling, routing, and driver performance while representing our services to customers.

You will coach drivers for safety and service quality, address client concerns, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to support growth. You’ll also monitor KPIs and help manage office tasks and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing.
• Proven sales or customer-facing experience—able to confidently represent our services and identify business opportunities.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with dispatch systems or transportation software (e.g., Truckmate) is a plus.
