Job summary

Access Information Management in Toronto is seeking a Transportation Specialist to transport confidential documents for clients and Access locations. You will start at the records center, load your vehicle with materials, drive between client sites, and scan documents using wireless technology, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the day.

The role requires a valid CDL, airbrake endorsement, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and 1–2 years of warehouse and driving experience.

Qualifications

• A valid CDL Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Airbrake endorsement is required.
• The physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins and materials weighing up to 60 pounds and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse/physical atmosphere
• At least 1 to 2 years of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• As the public face of Access Information Management, you will represent the company at client locations.
• Start your day at the records center, loading your vehicle with materials and preparing paperwork.
• Spend most of your day on the road delivering and picking up documents using wireless scanning technology.
• Return to the records center to unload and finalize daily paperwork.
• You will perform other tasks and projects as assigned by your Supervisor.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• As a Transportation Specialist, you are the public face of Access Information Management.
• You start your day in the records center, loading your company vehicle of materials, recycling bins and/or boxes full of confidential documents, and preparing the necessary paperwork for your day’s deliveries.
• You spend most of your day on the road, going from client locations to client locations, delivering and/or picking up client documents and materials in using wireless scanning technology, interacting with the clients and making sure they are satisfied and well served.
• You return to the record center at the end of your day, unloading your company vehicle of materials, recycling bins and/or boxes full of confidential documents and completing the necessary paperwork for closing your day’s deliveries.
• You will perform any other tasks and projects assigned by your Supervisor.

More About You
