Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience in transportation operations (rail, marine, trucking) or production control is an asset.
• Experience with SAP and reporting/analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Strong coordination and facilitation across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Detail-oriented with ability to link data to business impacts.
• Proactive problem identification and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional production planning activities across Midstream, Supply & Optimization, Sales & Marketing, Trading, and Refineries.
• Maintain an integrated end-to-end view of transportation and supply plans and ensure consistency in assumptions and timelines.
• Provide oversight and stewardship for financial and transportation outcomes.
• Coordinate Midstream monthly forecasting processes and enhance performance discussions for timely decisions.
• Act as the central Midstream communication point for issues, risks, and project impacts.
• Identify and escalate misalignment between schedules and transportation requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning and tracking processes.
