Qualifications

• Proven project management experience on transportation projects.
• Strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Winnipeg MTI policies, standards & specs.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, work plans, and schedules.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Consulting with agencies, Indigenous communities, and public stakeholders.
• Overseeing quality control of project deliverables.
• Mentoring staff and fostering regional growth.
• Improving delivery efficiency and accuracy.
• Supporting business development and proposal preparation.
• Promoting safety culture and leading by example
