Qualifications

• Proficiency in traffic modelling software and transportation planning
• Experience leading and delivering transportation projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Manitoba/Saskatchewan regulatory context is an asset
• Ability to manage staff and develop proposals

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation planning and traffic engineering projects
• Oversee Traffic Impact Assessments and multimodal planning efforts
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, Indigenous communities and agencies
• Develop scopes of work, level-of-effort estimates, and project schedules
• Support business development and client relationship building
• Ensure quality control of project deliverables
• Mentor engineering staff and develop regional practice
