Join our team! The Transportation Coordinator manages day-to-day transportation and logistics in Montreal, including:

• Coordinating movement of aircraft parts and related equipment (air & ground)
• Requesting quotes from carriers
• Producing commercial invoices for US and overseas shipments
• Tracking shipments
• Monitoring transportation invoicing and costs
• Addressing transportation issues such as delays or damages
• Assisting with Critical and AOG shipments
• Supporting supply chain activities like RFPs, purchase orders, inventory, and warehousing
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Ensuring compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience or education in transportation and logistics
• Experience in aerospace preferred
• Knowledge of HS codes
• Dangerous Goods training (asset)
• AOG knowledge (asset)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional attitude with initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of RAMCO and/or SharePoint (asset)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management
• Problem-solving skills
