ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Program Manager, Transportation Business Systems, this position is responsible for research, planning, and managing the implementation of new systems, as well as supporting the maintenance and performance of existing business technologies.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Participate in the development, integration, testing, documentation, and maintenance of relevant systems.
• Provide technical and data support, including documentation and problem resolution.
• Support business functional areas with related systems and new initiatives.
• Conduct troubleshooting analysis and resolution on all systems.
• Ensure systems integration and testing of relevant applications.
• Coordinate assigned systems development and implementation activities.
• Assess the impact of data warehouse and business intelligence systems on existing processes.
• Research and evaluate new technologies related to relevant systems.
• Manage projects and lead project teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Support the development and implementation of relevant processes and procedures.
• Facilitate sessions with departmental users to understand solution outcomes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Completion of a Community College Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience with hardware and software configurations.
• Knowledge of business systems development and maintenance life cycle processes.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 35
