Job Description Summary

Own the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for project implementation. Conduct activities to better understand or meet customer expectations. Be accountable for the quality of your work. Operate under direct supervision, following prescribed work instructions and system checks. Execute tasks within a well-defined operational framework, following standard step-by-step procedures to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex offers for North America from opportunity identification to transfer of purchase order to operations.
• Manage daily small and intermediate service offers.
• Lead complex bid processes, coordinate with departments and internal units to meet deadlines, and negotiate exceptions.
• Collaborate with purchasing for quotes, and engineering to ensure compliance with RFQ.
• Define market price levels, evaluate risks, manage offer delivery, and negotiate contracts.
• Understand and negotiate contractual terms in RFQs.
• Prepare complex technical and commercial offers in English and French (preferred).
• Support sales in major projects and quoting activities.
• Drive marketing campaigns and telemarketing follow-up.
• Maintain current product knowledge and market understanding to offer solutions.
• Develop relations with Key Account Management and customers.
• Support commercial action plans to meet strategic objectives.
• Grow customer portfolio to exceed targets through outbound and inbound activities.
• Manage internal sales and customer purchase processes.
• Input and report data in SAP and CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial and tendering roles in similar environments.
• Preferably experience in high voltage transmission market.
• Mandatory knowledge of domestic environment.
• Fluent English; bilingual in English and French preferred.
