Qualifications

• Strong leadership in technical and client-facing roles.
• Experience growing client relationships with utility clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven project management skills and budgeting ability.
• Knowledge of North American transmission standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor transmission line engineers and designers.
• Provide senior technical oversight from route to construction.
• Develop proposals and pricing with pursuit teams.
• Build client relationships across Canada & US.
• Travel to client offices and project sites as needed.
