The Role
Hatch is seeking a Transmission Line Lead to join our Power practice, supporting clients across Canada. This is a hybrid technical and business development role: you'll bring deep transmission line engineering expertise to guide design quality and mentor our team, while also playing a lead role in growing our transmission line business — developing client relationships, shaping proposals, and identifying new project opportunities.
This role suits someone who wants more than a purely technical track or a purely sales track — someone who can walk into a client meeting as a trusted technical advisor and walk out with the next opportunity. This role can be based in Mississauga, Vancouver, Calgary, or Winnipeg.
This posting is part of a proactive talent search as we plan for upcoming growth. We are seeking to connect with qualified candidates now, with the expectation of hiring in the near future once final approval is completed.
