Job summary

International Bulk Services is seeking a Laborer to assist in loading and unloading goods at our facilities in Canada. The role requires adherence to yard rules, safety regulations, and PPE usage, with accurate paperwork and strong physical capability.

Experience in transloading or rail operations is an asset, as is the ability to pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks. This full-time position offers training opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills; comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• MUST have a valid driver’s license.
• Transloading and railway experience are assets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Abide by yard rules, safety regulations and PPE.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Manage inventory and support product transfers.
• Follow procedures for quality assurance and safety.
• Complete training and certifications as required.
• Coordinate loading/unloading tasks as needed.
