Job summary

Seaboard Bulk Terminals in Woodstock, Ontario is hiring a Terminal Operator to support the safe movement, loading, and offloading of rail cars. This outdoor role operates on the Night Shift (4 on, 4 off) from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

You will marshal and spot rail cars, load and unload per safety rules, inspect cars, and complete daily reports for the Terminal Manager. Expect a team‑oriented, safety‑driven environment with training and certification support.

• Experience in rail, terminal, or transloading is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Load and offload rail cars according to safety rules.
• Inspect rail cars and document findings.
• Complete daily reports and communicate issues to the Terminal Manager.
• Maintain general housekeeping and perform light maintenance.
• Participate in toolbox talks and follow safety procedures.
