Job description

Currently, Testronic Translation Department is looking for an English into Canadian French translator who will:

1. Translate video games, including full titles (sometimes shared with other translators) and game updates.
2. Translate marketing texts and materials from our clients, taking responsibility for their accuracy and quality.
3. Proofread and edit work of other translators to ensure the highest quality of the text.

Requirements

1. A native speaker or someone closely related to Canadian French, with a passion for linguistic and cultural nuances.
2. Fluent knowledge of English.
3. Minimum of 6 months of translation experience.
4. Registered as a freelancer and able to provide invoices.
5. Experience in the gaming or film industry is a plus.
