As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Strategy & Operations, you will be an internal consultant to a division, identifying, recommending, and building the people and process solutions that the business needs to operate at the highest level of operational excellence. You will support transformational projects across various areas. THE ROLE

• Support the development of business strategies to evaluate opportunities, propose plans, and ensure the optimal execution of sales-driving, profit-maximizing, and expansion initiatives.
• Assist in designing operating models to build or optimize organizational structure.
• Build standard tools such as frameworks, reference materials, templates, and toolkits to enable teams.
• Support the design or optimization of programs that enable the business to scale effectively.
• Integrate optimized infrastructure into the daily operations seamlessly.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Strategy & Operations position will have:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.
• Consulting experience is an asset.
• Experience with business strategy and/or integration roadmap development is an asset.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. Final salary will depend on your knowledge, skills, and experience.
