Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel, Quebec, is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Engagement and Adoption Specialist to drive engagement, adoption of new processes, and alignment across teams. You will work to unite diverse groups and build buy-in to ensure successful transformation.

You will design the engagement blueprint, coach leaders on change, and supply standardized playbooks and tools to enable consistent messaging and sustainable adoption across the enterprise.

Your role as an Enterprise Transformation Engagement and Adoption Specialist will be to drive the engagement strategy and foster the sustainable adoption of new processes and ways of working among company employees. Your role is to unite teams and generate buy-in to ensure the success of the transformation.

Your challenges:

Strategy & Vision:

• Build the Engagement Blueprint: Design and deploy a clear, inspiring employee engagement strategy tailored for our company-wide transformation.
• Shape the Transformation Narrative: Build an approachable transformation brand identity that turns complex strategic goals into a compelling story and relatable journey.
• Strategic Coaching: Coach project managers and executive sponsors on how to lead change and communicate effectively with their teams.

Change Hub & Community:

• Transformation Change Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact and lead facilitator for all change leads across the organization, ensuring everyone operates with the same structure, standards, and ways of working.
• Inspire Community: Foster a vibrant, collaborative community of change leads where members share best practices, support one another, and keep momentum.
• Standardize & Enable: Supply all change leads with shared toolkits, templates, and consistent playbooks so team messaging and execution remain unified company-wide.
• Understand Team Needs: Proactively identify friction and daily routine impacts to help teams navigate change, continuously adapting tools and tactics based on real-time feedback.
• Track Adoption: Keep a pulse on team sentiment, usage metrics, and overall adoption rates using clear, lightweight indicators.

Storytelling & Creative Content:

• Engaging Content: Partner with Internal Communications to produce dynamic, high-impact content, team updates, and interactive guides that brings the transformation brand to life.
• Interactive Learning: Launch fun, hands‑on initiatives-like team challenges and gamified learning-to make adopting new changes simple, engaging and scalable.
• Enablement Toolkits: Author intuitive change playbooks, leader presentation decks, FAQs, and onboarding guides to equip managers to lead local conversations.
• Immersive Events: Plan and facilitate interactive employee touchpoints (info sessions, transformation marketplace) designed to build engagement and momentum.

Your boarding pass:

• Education in Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or Organizational Management.
• Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in a similar role, ideally within mid-sized companies or large corporate environments.
• Proven proficiency in change management methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and influential leadership.
• Pedagogical approach, creativity, and strong powers of persuasion.
• Rigor, adaptability, and political acumen in a complex environment.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace / Google Suite.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is essential given Airbus's international operating environment.

This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).

Travel Required: <5% Domestic and International.

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
