  • Support adoption of Enterprise Delivery Framework processes and governance, including consistent delivery planning, execution, reporting and decision‑making.
  • Partner with Governance, Tooling and Analytics teams to drive integrated adoption while balancing enterprise consistency with business needs.
  • Build trusted relationships across Product, Technology, Operations and Corporate Functions and aligning transformation activities with business objectives and operational readiness.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions and leadership discussions that enable adoption, implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Define and monitor adoption, maturity and value-realization measures; provide executive reporting and actionable insights; and using data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery leadership, PMO, Agile transformation, operational excellence or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide implementation and transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and sustainment.
  • Demonstrated experience driving organizational adoption, operational readiness and behavioural change across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior and executive leaders.
  • Strong operational planning, analytical and decision‑making capabilities, with the ability to manage dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
  • Experience defining adoption or maturity measures and using insights to improve implementation outcomes and value realization.
  • Experience in product delivery, technology delivery, financial services or enterprise transformation environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, Product Operating Models or delivery governance frameworks is preferred.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, Lean, Prosci or an equivalent certification is considered an asset.
  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full‑time capacity.
