CI Financial is seeking a Transfer Administrator to ensure efficient asset transfers into CIIS and from CIIS to external institutions, adhering to regulatory deadlines.
The role handles automated ATON/ CDS transfer workflows, documents LIPs/RESP transfers, and coordinates with settlement to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The responsibility of the Transfer Administrator is to ensure the efficient transfer of client account assets either “in kind” or “in cash” to CI Investment Services (CIIS) or from CIIS and doing so in a manner that meets all industry guidelines and deadlines. Furthermore, it is the duty of the Transfer Administrator to ensure each Registered Transfer request is accompanied with the appropriate provincial and/or federal documentation, relating to account transfers.
This role is responsible for the completion of all registered and non-registered account transfers; which include investments in Mutual Funds, stocks, bonds, money market positions (GIC’s) and cash transfers into CIIS.
This role follows our in-office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $34,320 to $58,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
