The Transactions Clerk, EHG will join the Corporate Services team within Osler Works - Transactional to enhance our service delivery model for early and growth stage venture clients on their corporate transactions. Osler Works - Transactional leads the way in delivering corporate and commercial transaction solutions. By pairing the expertise of our specialized team of lawyers and business professionals with modernized processes and the best of legal technology, we deliver better outcomes, improved efficiencies and lower, predictable legal fees for our clients. This role will work alongside leading legal professionals in our Emerging and High Growth Companies Group at the firm.
The successful candidate can be based out of Ottawa, Toronto, or even be fully remote within Ontario!

This position requires an undergraduate university degree and/or a college Law Clerk diploma with a minimum of 4 years of corporate transactional law clerk experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
Therange of expected compensation for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
