Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing your post‑secondary degree and have demonstrated academic excellence.
• Note on CPA designation: CPA Ontario pathway under consideration; practical experience may count toward CPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, food & beverage, technology, business services, etc.
• Pro‑active, timely and collaborative communication to gather information and project management with deal team members including colleagues, clients, targets and other deal participants
• Involvement in other Transaction engagements and group administrative duties including but not limited to preparation of engagement letters, presentations for prospective clients, project management, etc.
