About The Role

As a CBRE Transaction Management Analyst, you will provide evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Role Overview

This position is part of the Brokerage function, responsible for buying, selling, and letting residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and report monthly on lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
  • Support tracking of lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
  • Assist with local transaction implementation management.
  • Facilitate the closeout process, including hand-off to the lease administration team.
  • Provide transactional financial breakdown support.
  • Participate in lease negotiations and administration.
  • Administer quality assurance programs, customer satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.
  • Model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
  • Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly, ask questions, and verify understanding.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience; experience and education may be combined in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to use procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and curiosity.
  • Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.
