Job summary

The City of Laval is seeking a trained administrator to support and coordinate training programs for police officers, under the inspector's authority. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and scheduling training activities while aligning with team capacity and operational guidelines.

This temporary maternity-leave replacement runs until December 2027, with a Class 1 salary range of $63,626.44 to $83,693.56, in-person at 3225, boul. St-Martin East.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience planning, coordinating and managing administrative logistics.
• Experience in budget management and monitoring.
• Experience producing analysis reports and recommendations.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate training programs for the service.
• Develop a training activity schedule respecting team capacity and operations.
• Carry out follow-ups and write reports and minutes in accordance with guidelines.
• Support and assist the service in training police officers under the inspector's authority.
