Job summary

Air Transat is seeking a Training Designer to develop and structure learning modules for internal and external clients. You will use various technologies to produce training materials and collaborate with subject-matter experts throughout development and review processes.

Responsibilities include analyzing content, researching online and in-class strategies, and ensuring materials meet objectives. Proficiency in French and English is required, and experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office; Copilot; Articulate 360; Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Audition, and Presenter; Final Cut Pro is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to gain the cooperation of others.
• Ability to multitask.

• Writing skills in French and English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in French syntax, grammar, and spelling.

Job Description

Reporting to supervisor of Training Designer, the incumbent will play a strategic role in the development of training materials for Transat’s internal and external clients. The incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to use different approaches to build learning modules on various industry related topics and to produce all training materials using various technologies.

Responsibilities

• Draft teaching scenarios, training content, and assessments according to interactive and technical specifications ;
• Work with the subject-matter experts during the course development and review process ;
• Upload materials to the LMS platform and keep it up to date ;
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of all tools and training ;
• Maintain existing training materials ;
• Maintain all work tools ;
• Establish core training materials and create specific online modules ;
• Carry out various tasks related to the company's environment and needs.

Qualifications
