Job Description

Insight Global is hiring Training/Support Specialists on a contract basis for our client's HR Transformation implementation program. This is an initial 7-month contract opportunity, with resources based across Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba). The role involves working closely with the program team and Training Lead, delivering training both virtually and in person, with travel required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Training or Learning and Development (relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • At least 2 years of training delivery experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Comfortable with in-person and virtual technology-based learning, adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management solutions, preferably Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Management.
  • Experience providing direct support during project launches/system go-lives, serving as the first point of contact.
  • Apply adult learning principles to create positive learning environments and handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for in-person workshops; proximity to a major airport is an asset.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the design and refinement of engaging learning content supporting HR transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and facilitate technical training sessions for team leaders across Western Canada, delivered virtually and in person.
  • Plan and execute in-person workshops, managing logistics such as venue, travel, and catering.
  • Collaborate with the program team to ensure training materials are relevant and aligned with program goals.
  • Evaluate and refine training content to meet evolving team needs.
  • Provide ongoing support post-training, including during go-lives and payroll cycles.
