Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire a Training Advisor for their team with a contract for 6 months with potential extension. This role is Hybrid (1-2 days a week and may be up to 4 days a week once a quarter)in Toronto office.
The IT Service Management (ITSM) department is the center of excellence responsible for Process, Governance, and operations of key ITSM practices globally.
Projects : They will be a part of an ongoing project which is based on ServiceNow transformation program.
Typical Day in Role :
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. This role will work in partnership with ITSM Process Owners, Process Managers, and other functions across the bank.
Key responsibilities include developing training plans, developing engaging and diverse instructional materials.
