We’re searching for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor. Are you seeking new possibilities?

Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor at our Terrace, BC location. Do you love providing exceptional client service? If so, you will enjoy working for Westland! We are looking for a career-minded individual focused on growing their career in insurance.

Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $24.00 on a 37.5-hour work week, with increases upon licensing and advancement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but depends on individual achievement.

Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work toward obtaining their licensing. As a Trainee, you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Be provided with a training plan to support you throughout the six-week training period and beyond
