Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for a Trainee, Insurance Advisor in Surrey at our King George Hub office. This is a part-time role with a minimum of 21 hours per week. You will promote and educate clients on insurance products and take ownership of client relationships.

We offer financial support for approved training toward CAIB/CIP, a supportive learning environment, and opportunities to grow within a caring, inclusive community.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets in insurance.
• Ability to build authentic client relationships.
• Strong time management with confidentiality and discretion.
• Insurance broker level 1 license or pursuing CAIB/CIP with financial support.

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $23/hr. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
