Westland Insurance Group is seeking a Trainee, Insurance Advisor at our Sunnycrest Mall office in Gibsons, BC. The role starts with a six-week training period, with licensing costs covered and support to obtain your Level 1 Insurance license.

The compensation begins at $23.00 per hour on a 35-hour week, with potential increases after licensing and progression to the Insurance Advisor role. You’ll be empowered to develop your career in insurance, learning to promote and educate clients on

Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $23.00 on a 35-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement. Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing.

As a Trainee you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond
